3. Refund & Returns Policy

  • Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Custom-built ArkHabs pods cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
